George Joji Mikami, 94, of Honolulu died on March 10, 2021 at the Palolo Chinese Home. A longtime resident of Kapahulu, he was born on January 27, 1927. He was a graduate of St. Louis College, class of 1945, and was a periodicals clerk at the University of Hawaii Sinclair Library. In the 1950s he played the trumpet for various Nisei dance bands. He loved bowling and participated in league play for many years. He is survived by a brother, Yoshiharu, a sister, Nancy N. Takiguchi and many nieces, nephews, great and great-grand- nieces and nephews. Private services were held. No koden. Arrangements Provided By:
