Naty Organo Choy, 80, of Honolulu, Hawaii, passed away peacefully at home on May 21, 2021. She was born on December 24, 1940 in Vigan, Ilocos Sur, Philippines. Naty was the 3rd of 7 siblings born to the late Juan Paz and Rosario Guerrero Organo. An adventurous spirit, she came to Hawaii on a student visa and enrolled in a trade school, completing an advanced course in dressmaking, tailoring and costume designing. She worked for the clothing company Malia International for a few years, then established her own sewing business (Naty's Fashion Trend). Upon retirement, she enjoyed travelling extensively with Ronnie, her husband of 46 years. She was a religious, caring and generous lady, loved by many, and she will be greatly missed.Naty is survived by her husband, Ronald Tai Ching Choy, brother Willy (Cora) Organo, sisters Crispina Langford and Lizbeth Obal, and many nieces and nephews.
Memorial services will be held on Monday, June 14, 2021 at St. Stephen Catholic Church (2747 Pali Hwy, Honolulu, HI 96817). Visitation: 9:30 a.m.; Mass: 11:00 a.m
