87, of Honolulu, Hawaii, passed away unexpectedly at home on March 2, 2021. Born on January 5, 1934 in Honokaa, Hawaii and raised in Wahiawa, Oahu, he was the retired owner of Hamada's Auto Body & Paint Inc. He is survived by his wife Catherine; daughter Lynette; sons Derek and Troy; grandkids: Kristi, Darin, Kira (Michael Suggs), Tanner, and Hunter Park (mom Donna Park); great grandkids: Chloe and Dane (mom Tani Takushi); brothers Robert (Elaine) and Itsuo (Gail); sisters Barbara Sasahara and Jean (Eugene Okino); sister-in-law Shirley, and many nieces and nephews and their families. Predeceased by parents Nobuo and Ichino Hamada, brothers Nobuichi and Hiromi, and sister Masayo Mahi.
A Public Visitation will be held from 10:30 a.m. - 11:15 a.m. on Saturday, June 26, 2021 at Mililani Mortuary, Makai Chapel.
