90, of Los Angeles, died peacefully on May 10, 2021. Born and raised in Honolulu, he worked for the City of Los Angeles as a civil engineer for over 30 years. Predeceased by his wife Shirley (Nagamine), survived by daughters Angela Hee (Jeff Oslance) and Monica (Marcel) Wolthers; grand- children Nicole and Drew Oslance, and Nicolas, Jessica and Ethan Wothers; and brother Henry Hee. Services to be held on July 10th at St. Anthony's of Padua, Gardena, CA. Private burial at Hawaiian Memorial Park.
