72Francis was graduate of Waialua High School and retired from Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard.
He is survived by his sisters; June Namba, Frances Nagamine, a niece, 3 nephews and numerous cousins.
A private service was held.
Francis had adopted cats which kept him company. Donations in his name can be made to Hawaii Cat Friends, Oahu ASPCA and Hawaii Humane Society.
