71Pre-deceased by his wife, Sumie, in 2020, Hiroshi is survived by his sister: Agnes Ota; daughters: Karen (Sidney) Osada and Faye (Stewart) Matsunaga; grandchildren: Kimberly (Scott) Sato, Russell Osada, Kelly Matsunaga, Steven (Amy) Matsunaga, and Lindsey Matsunaga; and his great-grand- children: Tyler Sato, Tanner Sato, Keoni Osada, Jeremy Flores, and Jerome Flores.
Our family would like to extend our heartfelt gratitude to the staff of Maluhia Adult Day Health Center, when Grandpa attended day program from 2017, and the Maluhia Nursing Facility, when he resided from 2020, for their loving attention and care for him. We also express our appreciation to Maria Idos, Kayleen Kawamura and their families for providing caregiving assistance with Grandpa before he moved to Maluhia.
Per Hiroshi's wishes, a private service and inurnment were held.
