Kunio and Mary Fujii

Kunio Fujii, 93, passed away on March 7, 2020. Mary Haruyo Fujii, 89, passed away on April 8, 2020 They were from Mililani, formerly of Kamuela. Kunio was born in Honokaa and was a retired University of Hawaii at Manoa, Department of Tropical Agriculture, Mealani Research Station Manager in Kamuela.

Mary Fujii was born in Honolulu and was a retired State of Hawaii Department of Education Cook at Waimea Elementary and Intermediate School.

Preceded in death by daughter, Velma, they are survived by sons, Aaron (JoAnn) and Karl (Cindy) Fujii; daughter, Cheryl Shintani, and eight grandchildren. Kunio is survived by his sister, Natsue Nakamoto. Mary is survived by her brothers. Hisao, James and William Wakahiro and sister, Dorothy Tamashiro.

Visitation from 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, July 31, 2021, at Hosoi Garden Mortuary; services 11:00 a.m. No flowers. Casual attire.
