84, passed away on July 18, 2021. Loving wife to Robert Leroy Tappy, Sr. for 64 years. Born in Wheeling, West Virginia on June 3, 1937. The 3rd of 5 children and daughter to Lucille Eisenhauer and William Kenma, all preceded her in death. Known to most of us as Jean or Jeanie, she worked at Liberty House, Kailua for more than 30 years. A devoted wife, mother, grand- mother and great grandmother. She is survived by husband, Robert Tappy Sr.; son, Robert (Liz) Tappy Jr.; daughters, Dotty (Karl) Tappy-Higa and Charlotte Alabanza; 7 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.
