Age 80, of Hawaii Kai, passed away August 1, 2020. She was born and raised in Minneapolis, Minnesota and was retired from the State of Hawaii, Department of Education. She was preceded in death by her husband David K. Alama, Sr., daughter Dana Alama-Yap, infant son Mitch Alama and beloved angels Toby Alama, Maggie Alama, Zuki-chan Alama and Bubu Lihue Alama. She is survived by daughter Darsey Alama; brothers James (Dorothy) Wood and Jerold Wood; many nieces, nephews, family members and dear friends.
