95, of Kaneohe, passed away on May 4, 2021. Born in Honolulu, he was a retired sheet metal general foreman at Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard. He is survived by his wife, Ethel (Kiyotoki) Okinaka; daughters, Sandy Okinaka Rico and Donna Okinaka Poei; step-daughter, Gail Hirano; four grandchildren and sister, Barbara Kawakami. Private service held.
