87, of Honolulu, Hawaii passed away on May 17, 2021. He was born on September 22, 1933 in Wailuku, Maui. He was preceded in death by his wife, Elaine Y. Char and his daughter, Jacqueline S. Char. He is survived by his daughters, Gayle I. Char and Millicent C. (Jun) Shudo. Thomas is also survived by a hanai brother, Henry Heeb, Jr. Brother, Roy M. Char, passed away July 6, 2018. A celebration of Thomas' life was held at Kalihi Union Church.
