Alan Jiminez passed away peacefully on March 22, 2020 at the age of 71. He served in the US Navy until 1970 and went on to work at various restaurants such as the Proud Peacock, Sizzler's and Chili's. Alan enjoyed treasure hunting with his metal detector at Waimea Bay, cooking and spending time with family. He is survived by his wife, Alicia; sons, Jonathan, Justin, Joseph; daughter, Jasmine; ten grandchildren; his mother Mary and sister Crystal Jiminez. Private Last Prayer and Remembrance will be held at Hawaii Veteran's Cemetery Committal Shelter on Monday, August 23rd, 2021 at 11am.
