On the evening of July 5, 2021, Josephine "Joby" Moya Chang passed away peacefully at the age of 96. She will be remembered by her husband and five children as a loving wife and mother.She is survived by her husband, Frank T.S. Chang, who will celebrate his 99th birthday on September 28; her sons, Richard M. Chang and William D. Chang, daughters Deborah Lum, Anna Fenderson, Dr. Miriam Chang, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
A celebration of her life is planned for her birthday weekend of June 24, 2022. Her interment will be at Hawaii Memorial Park at the Veteran's Cemetery.
