CHRISTINA E. (GIBB) MOORE
Christina E. (Gibb) Moore passed away peacefully at her home in Napili, Maui July 22, 2021 with her husband Jay at her side, she was 72. Chris was born in Honolulu July 17,1949 to Douglas & Gwendolyn (Bedell) Gibb. Graduated from Punahou in 1967, attended Monterey Peninsula College in CA, joined TWA as a flight attendant based out of New York. She traded her wings for banking & joined the National Bank of Carmel, CA before returning to Honolulu with First Hawaiian Bank & on to the Big Island where she met the love of her life Jay R. Moore, married in January 1994 & joined him on Maui. They had a wonderful life traveling & cruising the world. Their love & ownership of classic cars took them all over the world from Pebble Beach Motoring Classic & Car Show, CA to Windsor Castle, England & Villa d'Este, Italy.
Predeceased by her parents Douglas & Gwendolyn Gibb, brother retired HPD Chief Douglas Gibb. Survived by husband Jay R. Moore, brother Charles (Barbara) Gibb, sister-in-law Melanie Gibb, niece Diane (Rod) Gibb Lahodny, nephew Glen (Keona) Gibb, great- nephews Stormont Gibb, Lake Lahodny, great-niece Emma Lahodny, stepdaughter Pamela Moore (Lee) Hall, grandkids Dr. Mark (Madeleine) Hall, Kelly Hall, Lauren (John) Hupp, great-granddaughter River Hupp, stepson Brooke Moore. Chris will be deeply missed by family & friends who hold her memory in their hearts forever.
