86, passed away peacefully on June 12, 2021 in Waipahu. She lived there all of her life, graduating from Waipahu High in 1951. Also known as "Babaloo" by her friends, she will be remembered as a fun-loving, generous, talented karaoke-lover.Predeceased by her parents (Taro & Kame Shiroma) and husband (Herbert aka "Mickey"), she is survived by daughter Darlene (Clyde) Fujimoto, son Michael; 5 grandchildren: Lark (John) Klimek, Kyle Aisha Fujimoto, Cherann (Wesley) Bega, Tylor & Brie Duarte; and 6 great- grandchildren. She was blessed to be in a loving care home with Flora & Arsenio Cadiz. Islands Hospice provided comforting care in her final passage.
Memorial services will be held on Monday, September 27 at Mililani Memorial Makai Chapel. Service begins at 9:30, visitation at 9 a.m., urn burial at 10:30. MASKS REQUIRED; vaccination preferred.
