Larry Yuh passed peacefully on August 27, 2021 at the age of 95 in Seattle, WA. Born in Honolulu, Hawaii & a veteran of the U.S. Army, Larry served courageously, honorably & with distinction in the Korean theater, ultimately being awarded the Bronze Star with Valor & Purple Heart. Upon his return to civilian life, he earned his MSW & spent a career advocating for the safety of children in various positions with King County, WA Juvenile Court & WA State DSHS. When he wasn't working or serving in the U.S. Army Reserve, he loved golfing with friends.
Larry is survived by his wife, Sung Nam K.; sons Kevin & Lester; a daughter & six grandchildren, all of Seattle, Wa.; brother Raymond & sister-in-law Bea (Howard) of Honolulu, Hawaii.
