Danilo "Danny" A. Macha, 69, of Waipahu, HI, passed away at his home, surrounded by his family, on August 31, 2021. Born in Carmona, Cavite, Philippines, and migrated to Hawaii in 1978. Graduate of FEATI University, Manila as a Mechanical Engineer but fell in love with driving Semi-Trucks as his career in Hawaii. Class A CDL driver and Hawaii Teamsters Local 996 member for over 35 years until his retirement in 2015. In his retirement he enjoyed spending time and caring for his family especially his grandchildren's daily activities.
Danilo is survived by his wife Lourdes, sons; Darryl (Diannah) and Dane (Suzanne), and daughter; Diane (Jaymar) Bucasas, 5 grandchildren, brother; Carlito (Antonia), and nieces and nephews. Services to be held on September 23, 2021 at Ballard Family Moanalua Mortuary at
