73, of Kailua Town, a Vietnam War Army veteran, retired electrician assistant for Kaneohe Marine Corps Base and a firearms expert in Hawaii, passed peacefully on September 7, 2021 at Kaiser Moanalua Hospital. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by sister, Robin Mongeon. He was predeceased by his parents, Clifford and Annabelle Mongeon of Kailua. Private services.
