Dr. Ling was born and raised in Honolulu, Hawaii in the Kaimuki area. He was the second child and only son of 9. He also served in the US Army.
He was predeceased by his wife, Ilona. He is survived by his sister Rose Park and many nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, October 2, 2021 at noon at Grissom's Chapel & Mortuary, 267 E. Lewelling Blvd., San Lorenzo, CA.
Dr. Ling will be laid to rest at Sacramento Valley National Cemetery.
