89, of Honolulu, passed away on August 30, 2021 in Straub Clinic & Hospital. Richard was born and raised in Lihue, Kauai. He served in the U.S. Army. He retired from Meadow Gold Dairies in 1991 and never missed a day of work during his 30+ years of employment. Richard's wife, Carol, preceded him in death. They were married for 60 years. Survived by his children, Barbara (Milton), Darrell (Betty), Patty (Steven) and Ron (Robyn), and by his grandchildren, Kristi, Trent, Carson and Chrissy. Richard loved sports, especially football. He enjoyed taking his family to sporting events and enjoyed watching his children and grandchildren play sports and extracurricular activities. After he retired, he enjoyed going to the beach, meeting his friends, eating out and going riding with his children and grandchildren. Private services were held. Arrangements Provided By:
