76Born in South Carolina, he is survived by his beloved spouse Patti; children: Reynold Mershon (Paula), Paul Christensen (Wendy), Bobby Christensen (Sandy), Ocie Kuhaulua, Lilly Armitage, Billy Christensen (Chris), Robert Sellers (Aldona), Alika Moran; 29 grandchildren, 50 great-grand- children and 11 great-great- grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents Joe and Juanita Sellers; sister Lexia Ponce (Frank); first wife Irene Sellers; son Carl Christensen; grandchildren Mischele Mershon and Chris Christensen; sons-in-law Fred Kuhaulua and Harry Armitage.
After retiring from a long and successful career at Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard, Bob became an avid golfer and lived his life to the fullest. A loyal and supportive husband, Bob led his family with a steady and righteous hand. All who knew him will miss his incredible sense of humor and loving presence.
Private ceremony held by immediate family. Celebration of life at a later date.
