96, born Asingan, Pangasinan, died on August 31, 2021 at home in Honolulu. He worked on the Big Island in the sugar plantation, for the Kona Hospital, as a state employee and a court interpreter in his retirement.
Survived by his wife Luzvimin, children and grandchildren.
