Lt. Col. William F. "Bill" Frensley passed away on Oct. 13, 2021 at age 83. He was retired from the Air Force after years in Public Relations, which took him from Oklahoma to Hawaii, Colorado, Okinawa and back to Hawaii, where he retired and worked in Relations for ACI Communications.He was married to Martha "Marti" Taylor when he was first stationed, and their adventures began. They have two children, Robert Frensley, and Ann Winslow, and two grandchildren, twins Drake and Taylor Winslow. His sister Linda Lee lives in Colorado and has three children. He will be dearly missed by family, friends and all that knew him. He will be interred at The National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific at Punchbowl on Friday, November 5, 2021.
