94, of Honolulu, passed on July 20, 2021. She was born on June 9, 1927 in Pahoa, Hi. Graduated from Farrington High School. Retired from Federal Services of 34 years. She was a Contract Specialist for the Chief Procurement & Contract Branch. A member of Nuuanu Congregational Church. Volunteered at Kuakini Medical Center for 13 years.
She was married to Tom Nakao (deceased). Survived by son, Jason (Dela); granddaughters Janine (Chad) and Jordan; grand- son Joshua (Maddy); grandchildren Mason and Jasmine; and sister Elaine Miyashiro.
