90, of Kaneohe, passed away on November 9, 2021. Born in Koloa, Kauai, he retired as an administrator for the State of Hawaii, Department of Commerce and Consumer Affairs. Preceded in death by is wife, Grace (Morikawa) Okumura, he is survived by his sons, Kelvin (Lydia), Garret and Stuart (Jacqueline) Okumura; grand- children, Pamela and Courtney; brother, Robert (Grace) Okumura and sister, Nanako (Lawrence) Taguma.
