On the afternoon of January 8th 2022, Lilia Dela Pena Muramoto closed this earthly chapter of her life and began embarking on the next. Born on October 23rd 1946, to Rufina and Discoro Dela Pena, Lilia began her life as a simple farmer's daughter in the Provence of Leyte Philippines. There is were she learned the value of hard-work, determination, as well as the pure joy of life's simplest pleasures. Many would say she was a simple woman; and she made sure to let you know if you thought otherwise.Lilia is survived by daughter, Jennifer (Daniel) of Kapolei, HI; younger sister Beth and brother Dominador of the Philippines; and many nieces and nephews. She is predeceased by husband and soulmate Fred, parents Rufina and Discoro, brothers Jose and Vicente Dela Pena.
