Retired US Air Force, also served in the Merchant Marines. He was stationed in Ft. Benning, Georgia, Ft. Bragg, N. Carolina, Johnston Island, Guam and Taiwan.
Burial at the Hawaii State Veterans Cemetery, Kaneohe, Hawaii at a later date.
