73Frances was born in Honolulu and attended Sacred Hearts Academy. As a child and young woman, she danced hula under Alice Keawekane, Bill Lincoln, and her mother Julia Haiku Shilhan Seibert. For 25 years, Fran and Ron operated a stained glass studio in Honolulu, Jacksonville, IL and in Issaquah, WA, where they retired.
Frances was a wonderful mother and grandmother. She will be remembered for her wisdom, grace and faith. She is survived by her 5 children; Connie Woyciesjes (Mark), Sharan Enomoto, Yvonne Reynolds (Chuck), Julie Jacobson (Mark), and Gary Eberhardt. Her memory and legacy will live on through her 13 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren.
A Memorial Celebration is planned for Frances and Ronald later this year where they will be inurned together and forever at The National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific, at Punchbowl.
