85, of Kailua, passed peacefully in his sleep at home on 2/2/22. Raised in Waimanalo, he was an accomplished waterman (fisherman, diver, and body surfer). A retired firefighter from the Honolulu Fire Department, he is survived by his wife Ellie; son Joshua; daughter Lahela; a granddaughter; eldest sister; and two younger brothers. Services TBD.
