84, of Honolulu, passed away peacefully at home, surrounded by his family on December 25, 2021. Born on January 4, 1937, in Koloa, Kauai, to the late Toichi and Mineyo Otani. He is survived by his loving wife, Elsie A. Otani; children Debra (Matthew) Hart, Ryan Otani, Dane (Edie Lum) Otani, Cheryl (Scott) Nakai, Steven (Jill) Otani; 8 grandchildren, 3 great-grand- children; sister, Sandra (Ralph) Ichiyama. Predeceased by brothers Toshihiro Otani, Thomas Otani, Miyoshi Otani and sister Helen Nitta. Private services were held. Arrangements Provided By:
