Licarte "Art" Remegio was born May 2, 1931, in Aiea, Hawaii. Beloved husband, father, and grandfather. Son of Vicente and Florentina Remegio. US Army CSM retired with 32 years of service. A proud veteran of both the Korean and Vietnam Wars. Survived by daughters, Lori Remegio-Loges (John Loges) of NM, Gayle Remegio-Chaplin (Ward Chaplin) of FL, grandsons Shea Remegio Loges of CA, John Cody Loges of NM, uncles, Quezon Ganotise of CA, Ren Ross of NV, and numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews.
He was preceded in death by wife Shirley, sister Lenora Remegio Barbadillo, brothers Ricardo Ganotise Mariano and James Ganotise Salcedo.
There will be a small service for immediate family members only. Donations in his memory may be made to The Fisher House Foundation or The Gary Sinese Foundation.
