52, of Honolulu, passed away on December 8, 2021. He was born in Red Wing, MN. He is survived by his wife, Rose-Anne; son, Diego Allen; mother, Anita Allen; and brother, Christopher Campbell. He was predeceased by his father, Roger Allen. Joe was an Associate Professor of Chaminade University of Honolulu for 18 years. He was dearly loved and will be deeply missed by all. A service will be held on Saturday, March 12, 2022, at 10:30 a.m. at the Mystical Rose Oratory at Chaminade University. Seating is limited. Masking and social distancing will be required for all in attendance. In lieu of flowers, the family prefers donations be made in Joe's honor to Chaminade University for a scholarship in his name.
