Yozo Takimoto passed away peacefully at home on January 15, 2022, at the age of 99. He was born in Honolulu on August 24, 1922. Yozo went into the Army after high school. He worked for the US Post Office, was a bartender at The Ranch House in Aina Haina and a school bus driver Yozo was preceded in death by Pearle P. K. Pang his wife of over 40 years. He is survived by sons Russell Takimoto, Lester (Suzanne) Takimoto; Brother, Harry Takimoto. Grandchildren, Jason Takimoto, Kristi Takimoto, Jennifer Chalaire and David Marumoto; 10 great-grandchildren.Services will be held on March 26, 2022 at Nuuanu Memorial Park & Mortuary. Visitation from 3 pm; Services to follow at 4 pm. Mask covering nose and mouth required.
