Passed away in Mililani on January 26, 2022. He is survived by wife, Verna Tsutsui; two children, Kasandra and Sebastian Tsutsui; Steven is also survived by his mother, Charlotte Tsutsui; and sister, Sharon Tsutsui-Mendoza. Services will be on Wednesday, March 23, 2022, 11a.m. at St. John Apostle & Evangelist Church (Mililani).
