96, of Honolulu, passed away on February 28, 2022. Born in Holualoa-Kona, she was a retired teacher for the State of Hawaii Department of Education at Honaunau Elementary School. Preceded in death by husband, Shizuo Uchimura, she is survived by her sons, Glenn (Lorraine) of Kona and Patrick of California; brother, Eichi (Marion) Nakamura of California; grandchildren, Leslie (Dustin) Kwok Tak Hing and Laurie (Chris) Willis, and four great-grandchildren.
