Age 57, of North Hollywood, CA, died on December 25, 2021, at UCLA Medical Center, Los Angeles, CA. He was born on March 18, 1964, in Honolulu, HI. Mikey is survived by his wife (Elisabeth), two sons (Timothy and Vincent), mother (Betty Jane Camarillo), brothers (Ramon and Jesse), sisters (Patricia and Julie), ten nieces and nephews and extended family and friends. Celebration of Life: 9:00 am on Sunday, April 10, 2022, at Magic Island, Ala Moana Beach Park.
