74She was born on August 8, 1946 in Puunene, Maui. She has lived in Lahaina, Honolulu, Japan, and Virginia. She is survived by her husband of 48 years, Thomas T. Horio, sons Brant (Maya) and Ross from Virginia and six grand- children. She is also survived by three sisters in Honolulu, Jessie Akazawa (Eugene), Jan Jim (Ed), and Josephine Matsu (Richard), and five nieces and nephews. Service will be held on Thursday, April 7, 2022 at 5:00pm, at the Soto Mission of Hawaii. She will be laid to rest at the Arlington National Cemetery at a later date. No flowers or koden.
