67, of Aiea, Hawaii, passed away on March 20, 2022, at Navian Hospice Kailua after a courageous battle with cancer. She was born on July 24, 1954 and grew up in Maunawili Valley, Kailua, Oahu. A Kailua High School Class of '72 graduate and UH Manoa alumni with Bachelors in Education. She worked at the Ala Moana and Pearl Ridge branches of the City & County of Honolulu Satellite City Hall DMV providing 34 years of customer service. Judy loved her dog, Xena, enjoyed traveling, visiting with friends, and shopping. Hawaii Bicycle League and Honolulu Marathon volunteer that enjoyed 10K and Great Aloha Runs. Life Member of Nisei VFW Post 8985 Auxiliary. Loved and respected for her unwavering devotion to family, friends, and customers, she will be dearly missed by all. Survived by sister Toshiko Mary (Andy) Rosenau, brothers: Roland, Wil (Robin) and Les Kouke, nieces: Naomi (Wayne) Davidson, Robin Rosenau, Kristin Kouke; nephew: Bradley Kouke.
