Peter Anthony Gomez (71) of Kuli'ou'ou passed away on April 5, 2022. He was born in Honolulu on March 19, 1951, the youngest of four children of Peter and Jean Gomez. Peter is survived by his wife of 44 years, Teresa, and their children, Jean Peterson (Andrew) and Peter Gomez III (Kellie), grandchildren Alaka'i, Kaliko, Alohilani, Peter IV, Arielle, Kahanuola, and Isaac. Although predeceased by his sister Tania Lui-Kwan, Peter is survived by his sisters Eve Martine and Brenda Gomez and his many nieces, nephews, grandnieces, and grandnephews. He will be remembered for his selflessness, devotion to family, unmatched work ethic, and sense of humor. There will never be another Hawaiian like you, Peter. Services will be held Friday, April 29, 2022, at Holy Trinity Church, 5919 Kalani'ana'ole Highway in Honolulu. Visitation: 11:30 am. Services: 12:00 pm. Burial: 2:00 pm at Nuuanu Memorial Park. Celebration of life to follow at 4:00 pm at Peter's home.
