65, passed away at home on April 18, 2022. He is survived by his wife of 44 years, Susan L. Young, son Wesley K. (Shana), daughter Tia J.K. and hanai daughter Pandy Lagapa. Papa to Kealohilani, Kaleikaumaka, Kalani, Kaylee Lagapa, Kellilyn Asuncion. Parents Elizabeth L. (Deceased), Gordan and Iwalani Young. Brothers Newton (Tammy), Clinton, Moku Boy (Liann) and Kalei (Nalei) Young. Sisters Marita (Frank) Stefaniak and Kuulei (Joe) Pedro. Bill was a private person and made a request of no service.
