Percy passed away at age 82 on April 3, 2022, at Loma Linda Medical Center with his loving family by his side. Born in Birmingham, Alabama, he made Honolulu his home during the 1960's construction boom. He enjoyed and took pride in his profession as a General Contractor. He was a member of the Hawaii Carpenters Union, Local 745. He returned to the mainland to enjoy retired life, spending the past 20 years in Apple Valley, CA.
Percy proudly served his country as a Marine and carried the Aloha spirit in his heart. He was predeceased by sister, Pearlyne Pryor, and brothers Clarence and Aaron. He is survived by wife, Isabell; son, David; daughters: Judie, Linda Sanders and Opal Harris; 6 grandchildren; great-grandchildren; siblings: Shirley Williams, Dorothy Dixon, Ernest Moore and many beloved nephews, nieces, cousins.
