77, passed on October 19, 2021 peacefully in the comfort of his home. He was retired from Hawaiian Electric. In his retirement years, he learned to play and build ukuleles, play the sanshin (an Okinawan musical instrument), and was a proud and wonderful Grandpa. Stan is survived by wife Janice (Tanikawa); daughter Shari; son Scott (Nicole); three grandchildren: Tristan, Teya, Tanner; brother Raymond; sisters Jean (George) Kato, Suzanne (Ben) Yamada, Gayle; and many nieces and nephews. Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, June 11, 2022, at Hosoi Garden Mortuary. Visitation: 3:00 p.m.; Service: 4:00 p.m. Masks required. Arrangements Provided By:
