Randy is survived by his lifelong partner Deborah Tada; daughter Roslyn (Preston) Carvalho of Pearl City; one grandchild Charis Carvalho; mother Juliet Garcia of Kauai; father Clifford (Lani) Wong of Anahola; sisters Holly Zahn and Buffy Tabayoyon of Kauai; and numerous uncles, aunties, nieces, nephews and cousins.
A Celebration of Life service will be held on Saturday, June 11, 2022, at St. Catherine's Church in Kapaa, Kauai with visitation from 8:00 - 10:00 a.m. and mass to follow.
