Dorothy Hisako Shimomaye passed away on April 3, 2022 at the age of 88 in Honolulu. She was born to Iichi and Hana Aoki on March 28, 1934 in Honolulu and was the youngest of four siblings. Married to the late Henry Shimomaye, she was the mother to three daughters. She was the office manager and book keeper for her husband's business, Henry's Texaco and SJD Radiator and Repair Shop. Following her retirement, she enjoyed going to California and Disneyland for vacation and loved being a grand- mother to her two grandchildren.
Dorothy was predeceased by Henry and is survived by daughters Shari (Richard) Isobe, Jo-Anne Shimomaye and Debbie Shimomaye; and grandchildren Stayson Isobe and Kryssa Isobe.
