78, born in Nashville, TN, Jack made his transition on November 22, 2021, at Saint Francis Hospice in Honolulu. Jack is survived by his spouse Nick Eyre; son John (Lisa) Isbell and grandchildren Kaylin and Jayden; in-laws: Paul (Melinda) Eyre, Jennifer Eyre (Todd Swan), Alex (Suzn) Eyre, Melissa Eyre (Raj Sundram), and Emily Eyre (Lissa Margulies). Graduated from: Waipahu H.S. '60; Valparasio U. '65; Virginia Theological Seminary '71; School of Social Work Graduate Program, UH Manoa '82.
Jack deeply loved his family, made a career of helping people and loved teaching all ages.
Celebration of Life: 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, June 18, 2022, at the Cathedral of St. Andrews, 229 Queen Emma Square, Honolulu.
