72, Passed away October 30, 2020. Born in Brooklyn, New York, Tommy was a former NYPD and Aspen Police officer. He worked in Home Security in addition to work as a Model and Photographer in Honolulu. A Lifetime Elks Member.
Survived by nephew Thomas Richards and niece Alisa Richards Vitale. Celebration of Life and spreading of ashes to be held at the Waikiki Elks Club at 4:30 p.m., June 15, 2022.
