He is survived his son, Creighton Takata (24) of Mililani, his mother Julia Takata (92) of Honolulu, and his brother Mel Takata (68) of Thousand Oaks, CA. Inurnment service will be held on Monday, June 20, 2022 at 10:00 am at Nu'uanu Memorial Park.
