ALVIN LUKELA KALAMA
Alvin Lukela Kalama born October 2, 1941 in Lahaina, Maui, passed away peacefully at home in Kaneohe in the presence of God and his family on June 1, 2022. He retired from the Honolulu Police Department in 1992 where he served for 27 years. He retired from Hope Chapel Kaneohe Bay in 2012 as a mens pastor, athletic director and timesetters "seniors" pastor. He is survived by his wife Colleen, sons Randall (Annie) Kalama, Alvin "Kyle" (Hoku) Kalama, daughters Staci (Frank Jr) Shiroma, Kelli (Traves) Ukauka, 11 grand- children and siblings Stephen K. Kalama Jr, Blossom Kalua, Anna Kisner.
He was a dedicated husband, father, grandfather and man of God. He loved serving the lord and supporting his family in all their endeavors.
Service will be held at Anchor Church, 45-815 Pookela St., Kaneohe; Saturday, June 25th; Visitation at 10am; Service at 11am.
