Of Honolulu, passed away on April 10, 2022 at age 97. He was born in Hakalau on the Big Island. He worked as a Planner and Estimator at Public Works Center, Pearl Harbor and retired after 38 years of service. He is survived by his wife, Frances, son, David and daughter, Jen; a sister, Helen Nah Mi Higashi and brother, Richard Kee Ho Lee; and grandchildren Elisha and Joshua Fujikawa. Special thanks to the doctors and nurses at Kalakaua Gardens, Manoa Cottage Kaimuki, BAYADA Home Health and Bristol Hospice for the loving and supportive care. Private memorial services will be held.
