72, of Mililani, Hawaii, passed away May 28, 2022. She was born in Wahiawa to parents Adam and Deborah Lopes on August 15, 1949. She graduated from Leilehua High School and received her degree as a Licensed Practical Nurse from Kapiolani College.Dorinda retired from the State of Hawaii after over 40 years of working as a nurse with special needs children. She was a giving, kind-hearted person, and an awesome mom and nana. She loved to travel, spend time with her family, eat, and enjoy life.
She is survived by her husband, Elmer Cabico; her children Denise Ventura and Barry Ventura; grandchildren: Dashia, Devin, Bryson, Damien, Keola, Cody, Ayden, and EmMarie; great grandchild Atalina; and brother Alan Lopes.
Inurnment will take place at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, July 12, 2022,
Mililani Memorial Park, upper section, C-1.
Celebration of Life to follow at the Cabico residence.
